November Adventures πΏ
Outdoor Classroom Day – 6th of November π
We celebrated the global Outdoor Classroom Day by taking our learning outside! The sun, the laughter, and the sounds of nature turned our lessons into an unforgettable adventure. Students explored, played, and learned how nature itself can be our greatest teacher.
Protect Nature – Act Local- Think Global π±
Our young eco-heroes took real action to protect the environment in our community. We discussed how small local steps—like cleaning up our school surroundings and reducing plastic—can make a big global difference. Together, we spelled the word RESPECT to remind everyone that caring for the Earth starts with kindness and responsibility.
This year, Outdoor Classroom Day coincided with Climate Action Day, making our time outdoors even more meaningful. As we learned and played outside, we also reflected on our responsibility to protect the Earth. Through simple actions — cleaning up our surroundings, appreciating nature, and creating the word “RESPECT” with natural materials — we celebrated both days by showing care for our planet and reminding ourselves that every small step matters. πΏπ
Day of Healthy Eating – 8th of November π
Healthy bodies, happy minds! On this special day, we learned how good nutrition keeps us strong and full of energy. Our classroom turned into a mini food festival with colorful fruits, crunchy veggies, and smart discussions about balanced diets. Everyone shared their favorite healthy snack and promised to take care of their body—every single day! To spread the message even further, we created posters to inform our school community about the importance of healthy eating.
Creating Our Eco Hero from the Map of Cyprus π¨πΎπͺ
Inspired by the shape of our island, students designed an Eco Hero from the map of Cyprus! This creative project blended art and environmental awareness. Each group imagined a superhero whose powers protect nature, save the seas, and keep our land green. The result? A unique Cypriot guardian who reminds us that every small act of care can change the world.
